What's the difference between Scout and Pro?
Scout ($9.99/month) gives you the full engine with 2 campaigns — enough to chase two roles or two countries at once. Pro ($19.99/month) unlocks unlimited campaigns and much higher monthly volume, for when you're going after several markets at the same time.
Is VAT included in the price?
On Scout and Pro, yes — the price you see is exactly what you pay, VAT included, wherever you are. Agency plans are billed excluding VAT, which is added at checkout based on your country.
What are the Agency plans for?
Agency ($49/month) and Power Agency ($129/month) let a coach or recruiter run many people's job searches under one login. Every client gets their own CV, campaigns, jobs, documents and pipeline, and you see the whole book on one overview dashboard. Agency covers 10 clients and 3 team seats; Power Agency covers 30 clients and 10 seats.
Can I use my own AI API key?
Yes. In Settings you can add your own provider key for privacy/control. It doesn't change your plan limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of your billing period. See our refund policy for details.
