Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid HuntCampaign subscriptions. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Free tier
HuntCampaign offers a free tier so you can evaluate the Service before paying. We encourage you to use it to decide whether a paid plan is right for you.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again. We do not automatically pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a period.
4. Refunds
Because a free tier is available to evaluate the Service, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable except where required by law. However, if you were charged in error, experienced a genuine technical fault that prevented you from using the Service, or contact us within 7 days of your first payment on a plan, we will review your request and may grant a refund at our discretion.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. Your data remains available on the free tier.
6. Price changes
We may change subscription prices on reasonable notice. Changes take effect from your next billing period, and you may cancel before then if you do not wish to continue.
