Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HuntCampaign(the "Service"), operated from South Africa ("HuntCampaign", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

HuntCampaign is an AI-assisted job-search platform for tech and quantitative professionals. It aggregates job listings from third-party sources, scores them against your profile using AI, generates draft application documents, and helps you track applications. The Service is a tool to assist your job search; we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment of any kind.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose;
  • submit false, plagiarised, or misrepresentative information in your profile or applications;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • resell or redistribute the Service except under a plan that expressly permits it (e.g. Agency);
  • use the Service to harass, spam, or infringe the rights of any employer, recruiter, or third party.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to score jobs and draft CVs and cover letters. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on or submitting it. Do not submit content that is untrue or that misrepresents your experience or qualifications.

5. Third-party listings

Job listings are aggregated from third-party job boards, aggregators, and company career pages. We do not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, or currency of these listings, and we are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, the employers or recruiters behind them. Any interaction with a third party is solely between you and that party.

6. Subscriptions & billing

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our third-party payment provider, who acts as merchant of record where applicable. Prices are shown at checkout and may be exclusive of applicable taxes. We may change prices or plan features on reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

7. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

We own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you provide (such as your CV) and of the documents generated for you, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any job, score, or document will lead to any particular outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuntCampaign will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, profits, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
